The Seal Rescue Ireland stand will have fun and educational materials to teach visitors about seals, the work that Seal Rescue Ireland does and what we can do to protect the marine environment. We will have information about how people can become volunteers with us and we engage and ignite curiosity about seals and the marine environment through interesting bio facts such as skulls, furs, bones etc. There will be information boards and fun activities to learn more about how we all can be a part of community conservation for the protection of the marine environment. We will also have a mini ICU set up to show our equipment (wetsuit mama, lamp, kevelar gloves etc.). and talk about how a seals rehabilitation journey starts with us. Selkie the Seal our costume mascot will also be in attendance to meet and interact with visitors! All of this aids in our goal in engaging visitors in sustainability, marine conservation and the protection of seals
