Dunnes Stores Quality Kitchen stage

Dunnes Stores Quality Kitchen Stage welcomes a stellar line-up of culinary talent once again, hosting more than 30 live cookery demonstrations over five busy days of Bloom. This year, Eva Pau makes her Bloom debut, Donal Skehan returns with friends Rupa Dewan and Sham Hanifa, while your favourite Bloom regulars Neven Maguire, Catherine Fulvio, Shane Smith, Aisling Larkin, and more, are back to demonstrate some clever ways to cook with Quality Assured ingredients.

The Seafood Kitchen

A huge hit when it launched at Bloom 2025, The Seafood Kitchen returns this year with chef Trisha Lewis serving deliciously nutritious ideas for cooking with fish and shellfish. Recipes range from quick and easy midweek meals to dishes for special occasions. With three demos each day, expect to pick up plenty of inspiration for delicious mealtimes this summer!

Food Village

Bord Bia Bloom's bustling Food Village features the spacious Food Hall marquee, sponsored by Love Irish Food, which is home to 80 of Ireland's top food and non-alcoholic drink producers. Here, attendees can browse the market, sample produce from Ireland’s leading Bord Bia Quality Assured producers, and purchase products to bring home. Visitors can also visit the Bloom Inn to discover the vast and unique range of products from 30 distilleries and breweries. Here you can sit back and relax, catch the chefs’ demonstrations on the nearby Dunnes Stores Quality Kitchen Stage, and sip something special from Ireland’s best brewers and distillers.

All meat dishes at Bloom are crafted using Bord Bia Quality Assured meat, ensuring that not only will you enjoy some of the finest fresh, wholesome food from our island, you can also make your mark by supporting local farmers, families, and communities across Ireland.

A Taste of Bloom, curated by Neven Maguire

For an extra special dining experience, make sure to book ‘A Taste of Bloom’, which returns to the Garden View Restaurant following its hugely successful launch last year. Chef Neven Maguire joins us once again to curate a sumptuous three-course menu showcasing some of the very best ingredients from Quality Assured producers. Much of the produce selected will be on display in the Food Village at Bloom, providing you with an opportunity to meet the producers after your meal and purchase ingredients to enjoy at home. Tickets for this special package are available to purchase on Ticketmaster and include entry to the festival, lunch in the stylish Garden View Restaurant overlooking the Show Gardens, plus a chance to meet Neven during your visit.

Book ‘A Taste of Bloom’

The Seafood Terrace serves the best of Irish seafood in a contemporary setting. Pop in for a glass of champagne and a seafood tower, a warm bowl of chowder, or an open sandwich. This experience is very popular so it’s a good idea to book before your visit.

Country Crest Restaurant is open all day.This much-loved casual dining restaurant is open all day. Here you will find something to suit everyone’s taste, from hot meals, healthy salads, and gourmet sandwiches to tempting desserts and tasty pastries, all of which can be enjoyed with a glass of wine. There is no need to book.

Food Trucks

As well as our indoor restaurants, there are three buzzing outdoor food destinations serving a wide variety of delicious food and drinks made from the best Quality Assured produce. New food trucks joining us this year include Griolladh, Donadea Wagyu, Roasted Brown, Dexter Beef and many more...

BBQ Bliss

Barbecue lovers should head to our dedicated grill zone, BBQ Bliss, where some of Ireland’s best grillers are serving a delicious array of Bord Bia Quality Assured meat. Here we are joined by Kinara, Pitt Bros Woodfire BBQ, The Smoke'N Grill House, Sugar Mama, Smoke & Bark, and more fabulous grillers.

Picnic Area

In our Picnic Area you can choose from a selection of cuisines, from Irish and Italian to Hawaiian and Malaysian, all of which are produced with Bord Bia Quality Assured meats. Food trucks in this area include Malaysian Street Food, Shaka Poké, The Hog Roast, Loaded Fries & Posh Dogs, Gauchos, and more.

Bord Bia Bloom Foodie Favourite

Best Taste Award Food operators at Bloom are invited to enter a dish which will be judged by an expert panel of chefs. Best Dressed Award The Best Dressed Award is judged by a creative panel, including designers, merchandisers, and representatives from Bord Bia. All outdoor catering operators are judged in this category. The winners of the awards will be announced on Saturday, May 30th.

Santa Rita Wine Stations

Santa Rita Wine Stations can be found in the Picnic Area and BBQ Bliss, offering you a chance to purchase a bottle of Santa Rita wine to savour with the delicious food on offer at the festival. Whether you are craving a crisp and refreshing white, a bold and velvety red, or a celebratory sparkling, Santa Rita has the perfect wine for you.

Please note, prices include a bottle deposit which will be refunded when you return the bottle to the Santa Rita Wine Station. Reusable glasses and cups are available to rent for the duration of your visit or to purchase to bring home.
