Paddy Courtney’s A Buzz about Bees

About

Seed bombs are a fun and interactive way for children to learn how and where to plant native Irish wildflowers, which are an important source of food for Ireland’s bees. While it’s possible to simply sprinkle seeds around a garden or patch of waste land, kids will learn that the seeds have a better chance against hungry birds and bugs when they are packed into a seed ball.

The planting patch is also back this year and children will be able to bring sunflower seeds home to grow in their own garden or outdoor space.
